NOTE: This role is available for Australian citizens and residents only.

What You’ll Do   

• Load projects/contracts into the ERP and PSA toolset. 
• Load variations, sales orders, purchase orders, resource plans, and other artefacts into the ERP and PSA toolset. 
• Maintain financial records and provide regular reports on project spending and budget status. 
• Collaborate with project managers and team members to ensure that financial processes and policies are understood and adhered to. 
• Monitor project spending/WIP and ensure that invoices are processed in a timely and accurate manner. 
• Provide training and support to project teams on systems, tools, processes, and reporting. 
• Exhibit strong technical writing skills and create user guides, training materials, and documentation. 
• Provide support for audits and financial reviews, including preparation of documentation and review of findings. 
• Monitor system hygiene and follow up stakeholders for compliance.

What You’ll Bring  

You will be an exceptionally professional person who has incredible communication skills - both written and verbal. You have demonstrated Project Administration or Project Contractual/Commercial Administration and Project Financial Analysis experience, or experience in Project Delivery Coordination. You have a detailed understanding of the end-to-end Sales to Project Delivery Lifecycle. You can demonstrate a strong ability to work effectively in a very fast paced and continually changing environment and respond quickly and easily to changing demands, deadlines, and priorities. We are looking for: 

• Someone who is passionate, with great interpersonal skills and strong attention to detail. 
• IT Outsourcing Industry experience. 
• Industry standard certification and/or bachelor’s degree in finance, business, accounting, Project Management or related field. 
• At least 3 years of experience in project financial administration or a similar role. 
• Strong understanding of Project Methodologies. 
• Experience with Enterprise level ERP’s. 
• Strong understanding of financial accounting principles and budgeting practices. 
• Experience with Microsoft Suite applications, such as MS Project, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint or similar equivalent tools. 
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. 
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Global Alcoa Business System Director

As the Global Alcoa Business System Director, you will have the overarching global responsibility for Alcoa Business Systems implementation and ongoing best practice improvement to the processes. You will refine and support deployment of the Alcoa Business System (ABS) across Alcoa’s full global portfolio of operations and lead the development of Training and Development curriculum and program for Operations Process management In this role, you can help fulfill our purpose and realize our vision to reinvent the aluminum industry.

About the role

Reporting to the Vice-President Performance and planning, you will:

• Refine and support deployment of the Alcoa Business System (ABS) across Alcoa’s full global portfolio of operations
• Lead development of Training and Development curriculum and program for Operations Process management
• Refine development and maintain state of the art of the Alcoa Business System (ABS)
• Support deployment of ABS across Alcoa’s full portfolio of operations
• ABS & L&D Implementation strategy and deployment process
• Progress measurement & feedback processes of the ABS Program deployment
• Application of digital technologies to ABS & L&D
• Support Change Management Processes for Organization Transformation
• Facilitate Help chain support from other Continuous Improvement Coe’s and technical specialist areas, regional rollout of global programs as well as local contact point for regional VPs & Operations Managers

What you bring to the role

• Degree in Engineering, Science or Business is essential. Master’s degree is desirable.
• 10 years’+ experience in Technical, Business Systems, Lean leadership roles in a mining / process manufacturing environment
• Extensive knowledge of ABS/ and LEAN across at least one of Alcoa’s large manufacturing processes, with Alcoa experience highly regarded
• Extensive experience in leading change, building relationships, and working collaboratively through people without direct line authority
• A business orientation, focused on achieving appropriate balance between cost, risk, and long-term value creation
• Process understanding and analytical skills to improve operational stability and discipline.
• Evidence of coaching and mentoring skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills within multi-disciplinary technical teams.

The job

Qualifications in mechanical engineering or aligned experience will be useful. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential. As a Business Development Manager in Energy360, you will be at the forefront of this renewable energy revolution and will be responsible for generating high value sales outcomes for biogas and biomethane solutions for Energy360 customers to decarbonise their energy needs behind the meter.

In this role, you will be at the forefront of the agricultural, wastewater treatment and landfill gas sectors by owning all stages of the sales funnel, building a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities and ultimately delivering quality sales to exceed targets. What you’ll be doing:

• Developing a detailed understanding of customer needs to articulate the value proposition and profitable technical and commercial solutions as well as present proposals of a high standard in accordance with business rules.

• Developing and actively managing a pipeline of business sales opportunities to achieve quarterly and annual sales targets in terms of revenue and gross margin. 

• Effectively tracking and communicating with management the status of sales opportunities and client activity leveraging CRM tools and other regular reporting.

What you’ll bring:

• Experience in solution selling with deal values in excess of $1,000,000 per transaction in similar sales roles, ideally within the energy sector or other large B2B solutions-oriented organization

• Demonstrated experience in solution selling in a sales role, as well as an understanding of the energy market and energy solution space especially in flares, biogas delivery systems, boilers and energy efficiency.

• A hunter mentality with demonstrated success in developing and executing sales plans and record of achieving sales quotas in a B2B environment.

• Demonstrated ability to prepare and deliver engaging presentations for clients, and experience working with CRM solutions to report and track pipeline progress.

• Excellent professional communication skills with Senior Executives of commercial or industrial companies, coupled with strong writing skills, and immediate or advanced Microsoft Office skills.

• Self-motivated, achievement oriented, well disciplined, task focused with a strong sense of timeliness.
