About the role

You will warmly welcome and engage with customers, creating a positive and inviting atmosphere
Manage Senior Financial Advisers calendars, meetings, and appointments
Prepare client reports, showcasing proficiency in MS Office package suite
Maintain organised filing systems to streamline document retrieval
Uphold a orderly professional office environment
Perform accurate data entry tasks to support administrative functions

About You The successful candidate will posses the following attributes:

Proficient in software - Microsoft Office, Word, Excel and Outlook
Strong verbal and written communication skills
A professional and pleasant phone manner
Experience working with customers
Understanding of good customer service
Good time management skills and the ability to multi-task
Motivated and willing to learn to progress career opportunities
Great time management skills
Willing to undertake a traineeship
