Our recruitment team is a high-performing team dedicated to finding top talent for our clients.
Your Role
As a vital member of our Recruitment Team, your role will be multi-faceted:
• Find top talent: A passion for sourcing the best talent for our clients
• Cultivate Trust: Build enduring relationships with clients and candidates alike.
• Champion Excellence: Set and maintain the gold standard in all facets of recruitment.
Tasks & Duties
• Conduct comprehensive client needs analysis and evaluate skill compositions.
• Design organisational, divisional, and team structures, including detailed job descriptions.
• Develop performance frameworks and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) tailored for clients.
• Formulate candidate attraction strategies, considering demographic and psychographic factors.
• Create content for social media and advertising campaigns.
• Assess and evaluate candidate applications thoroughly.
• Administer psychometric tests, values assessments, and cultural fit evaluations.
• Assist clients in conducting effective, bias-reduced interviews.
• Provide training in anti-bias, diversity, and inclusion.
• Facilitate clients in extending employment offers to chosen candidates.
• Negotiate remuneration and benefits on behalf of clients.
• Design and develop comprehensive onboarding processes.
• Support clients in training and developing their new hires effectively.
Who We're Looking For
• Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• Recruitment Experience: At least 2 years of experience as a Recruitment Consultant
• Solutions-Oriented: You understand the urgency of your client needs and you excel at rapid, quality placements and long-term relationships. You'll understand that temp is all about anticipating your client's needs and solving problems before they happen
