The Role: As an Administration Business Trainee you will be responsible for:
Responding to customer enquiries via email, telephone and in person regarding product information and fitment requirements
Process incoming sales orders
Liaise with internal contacts in the Warehouse and Finance department to resolve customer queries
Scanning and electronic filing
Requirements:
Previous experience in retail, customer service or administration
Great customer service and communication skills
Basic computer skills and knowledge of Word, Email Suites
Drivers license and own transport (Must Have)
Willingness to learn internal software programs, attention to detail
