About the program

The Chevron Australia Downstream University Intern Program provides students in their final year of study with 12 weeks of paid employment, giving you the opportunity to participate in our industry-leading projects while acquiring practical skills relevant to your field of study.

We also provide education and training during the program to help cultivate your professional skills within a diverse, inclusive, supportive and collaborative workplace.

The job

The Sales lifecycle at O’Brien Energy is a consultative process and contributions and support come from all areas of the business starting with the Directors through to Managers and our specialists.

Reporting to the Human Resource Manager, this role will provide support and assistance with the administration of the day-to-day operations of HR functions and duties, assisting in the areas of onboarding, learning and development, performance management, recruitment and general HR administration.
