About the role

As a Customer Success Consultant, you will be working with a number of our priority clients to ensure their satisfaction and retention in the Compass product. You will be expected to retain and increase their ARR, as well as provide exceptional service and support, resulting in advocacy and promotion of the Compass product to future potential clients.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Manage overall workflow for implementation, training, and account management of assigned signature schools.
• Implementation of new modules with customers.
• Complete onsite/remote training sessions & account management visits
• Ensure the highest level of service for your portfolio of clients.
• Ensure all schools in your portfolio are active promoters of the platform.
• Build relationships with school leadership to ensure product rollout success.
• Provide clear notes and feedback and escalate customer concerns appropriately.
• Provide phone, email, and in-person support to Customers when needed.
• Escalate concerns appropriately to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.

• Education experience, whether that is in a Primary or Secondary school teaching setting or prior experience as a Customer Success Consultant

The Role

At DigiRen, a Senior Cloud Consultant is an experienced Cloud Operations leader with experience in designing and implementing enterprise-level cloud operating models. In this role, you will work for or on behalf of customers to help them understand, plan and implement best practices around productising, managing and operating scalable Cloud platforms. You have extensive experience in service management, technology operating models, and the new processes, technologies and skills required to build effective and scalable cloud operating models.

A Senior Cloud Consultant will have had first-hand experience building Cloud Centres of Excellence / Cloud Business Office / Cloud Platform Engineering teams, and understand that building these new cloud capabilities are essential for organisations to scale their use of cloud and achieve their strategic outcomes. You will help our customers understand and implement change, and build new cloud capabilities that enable them to scale and control their cloud journey. You will join an inclusive and welcoming team of Cloud leaders who are among the best in the business.

We are looking for:

• Experienced in Cloud Operations, and possess the skills to lead, advise and coach customer teams to operationalise their Cloud platforms to support adoption at scale. You will engage with the Customer’s operational teams to integrate the Cloud platform into its broader ITSM framework.
• A passionate advocate of using Cloud technologies to change the way people work to unlock value, looking to further their Cloud experience on the largest and most prestigious Cloud Programs projects.

• Independent operator who thrives in a highly flexible work environment and who manages themselves to the highest standards.

Position Responsibilities

As a Senior Cloud Consultant at DigiRen, you will:

• Support the design and implementation of cloud operating models for large commercial and public sector organisations; integrating into Cloud Transformation programs.
• Be able to define the set of services and operational requirements to support the various customer use case for Cloud and build a roadmap of operational capability, including compliance, integration and workflow automation, to support such use cases.
• Participate in technology roadmap and architecture discussions to turn business requirements and vision into reality.

• Embed yourself in a customer organisation to help them build out new cloud operating models and capabilities, coach and mentor customer resources, and support the customer to mature their cloud operating capability to become self-sufficient.

• 5+ year experience designing, building and or working in cloud operating models, particularly building service integration capabilities between multiple platforms.
• Experience in ITIL, TOGAF or similar ITSM frameworks, particularly focused on service operations or service transition.
• Experiencing providing consulting services to large enterprise (ASX200) commercial customers and or public sector equivalents.
• Experience with agile project management methodologies.
• This is a customer-facing role. You will be required to travel to customer locations to deliver professional services when needed.
• AWS Cloud Practitioner, Azure Fundamentals and/or Google Cloud Foundational certifications or equivalent knowledge preferred.
• Current Australian Residency and NSW based, with the ability to travel to client locations within Australia if required.
• Baseline or NV1 clearance would be advantageous.
