Recruitment Consultant - Digital Marketing and Analytics
REMOTE working opportunity (based in Australia) with the option to use a flexible shared working space

A warm hybrid desk is not something we ever shout about, but this is a busy desk and has evolved due to an internal move for one of our employees.
Working a hybrid desk the opportunities lie with existing clients and candidate relationships and building out these relationships. This role needs someone with passion, drive and charisma, someone who doesn't shy away from speaking to new contacts or building connections. Instead you will thrive on building your personal brand and profile within the digital marketing and analytics space.
We need someone who is solution focussed, a great listener but also understands the need to hustle and build their community. Your background will either be an experienced marketing recruiter or you have worked in marketing but think recruitment could be "just up your street".
You will have the opportunity to develop a thorough understanding of our areas of specialisation through extensive internal and external training. Personal growth is at the root of our business and. an annual $8000 EMPLOYEE LEARNING FUND ia available each year to use on your career development.
