Body Smart Health is seeking a highly motivated Client Experience Administrator to join our growing team. Client experience is the most important goal at Body Smart and your role will see you responsible for ensuring that our clients receive an exceptional experience; from the first point of contact, right through until they have met their treatment goals and no longer need our service. 

This may be through providing friendly, accurate and timely information about our services, guiding our clients through navigating various funding models or being a friendly voice at the end of a phone scheduling in services. You will work closely with our practitioners, other Customer Experience Specialists whilst being supported by our Head of Customer Experience & Revenue.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Managing customer enquiries promptly and comprehensively (both via phone, email, sms and in person) in a fast paced environment.
• Onboarding and educating new customers, including onboarding NDIS plans & service agreements, upselling services and educating customers
• Managing customer appointments (booking and modifying).
• Communicating with customers to ensure they can attend their services
• Optimising and managing external communication in a timely and efficient manner including EPC Referrals, DVA, WorkCover referrals, Reports & Doctors letters, NDIS plans and Service Agreements and reports etc.

About you

• Exceptional Customer service skills and Administrative experience (essential)
• Ability to obtain a Blue Card, NDIS Worker Screening ID (Yellow Card) and Police Check (essential)
• Experience in medical reception, NDIS and other funding models (highly desirable)
• Experience in using client management systems, email and Microsoft suite (highly desirable)
• Be located in Australia and have rights to work in Australia

Due to rapid expansion across Australia, we are now looking to expand our customer success team in Canberra. Remotely based, this role supports the onboarding of our newly signed SME clients, transitioning their accounting and payroll to Retinue. This role plays a critical part in supporting the seamless transition of new customers to our services, and our reputation as a customer focused business. Key Responsibilities

• Be the primary contact for newly signed clients during the onboarding process, supporting a seamless transition to Retinue
• Conduct online and face-to-face onboarding meetings, gaining the relevant information to help our Accounting teams best transition them to our services and support them on an ongoing basis
• Work with our SME clients to understand their needs, challenges, and goals, and set expectations on how we can deliver on these within our service capabilities.

• Upskill clients on Xero software, ensuring a smooth transition and successful adoption of the platform
• You may be required to travel to clients’ worksites daily. You will enjoy the variety and freedom that comes with travelling across Canberra, surrounding areas and even interstate

Requirements

• At least 1 year in a face-to-face, customer centric role. Ideally, dealing with SME clients
• Previous experience within customer success, account management or sales highly regarded
• Valid Australian drivers license and access to a vehicle on weekdays
• You are a people person and thrive off collaborating with customers from varied backgrounds and experiences
• As a non-selling role, this role may suit someone who enjoys the customer aspect of face to face selling but is no longer driven by business development
