About the Role As a Health & Safety Graduate, you will become a valuable member of the Health, Safety and Training team at our mine sites. Glencore is committed to keeping our workplace safe, and you will play an important role in assisting line management to identify, develop, coordinate, and implement health and safety initiatives, management systems and strategy. From day one, you will work together with an experienced team at the coal face. Some of the tasks you will participate in include risk assessments, incident investigations, change managements, assurance and auditing, health and safety programs/initiatives, training and emergency management. You will be exposed to underground and open cut coal mining methods, and processing plants. You will be liaising and communicating across multiple levels of the workforce, including management, regulatory bodies and external providers in these exciting and important graduate positions.
