The Role Norwest Private Hospital is currently seeking experienced guest services professionals to join our dynamic team in a full-time & part time capacity. We are searching for experienced team members preferably with hospital or similar experience to work across a rotating 7 day roster across both morning & evenings Key responsibilities will include but not limited to:
Provide high standard of cleaning services
Operate in line with infection control standards and WHS policy & procedures
Deliver excellent customer service to staff, clients and patients
Act in accordance with all manual handling protocols
Assisting the production teams to ensure patient satisfaction is achieved at all times;
Demonstrate professional practice by working according to Healthscope's policies and processes, code of conduct and by participating in yearly performance appraisals and mandatory education. Maintain skills and standards of customer service and ensure patient confidentiality and privacy are maintained at all times.
Supports Healthscope's safety and quality improvement in all aspects of safety including Work Health & Safety
What you'll need to succeed
Demonstrated experience as cleaner or infectious cleaning specialist in a hospital environment or similar
Have enthusiasm, drive and passion to prepare and maintain an appropriate work area to the highest standard of excellence
Time management skills
Good communication and customer service skills;
Attention to detail
Be able to commit to the flexibility of working Monday to Sunday on a rotating roster
