Internally referred to as the Digital Channels Creative Specialist, you will support the delivery of innovative and industry-leading digital content across AGL’s owned and earned channels to build and enhance AGL’s brand in line with our corporate strategy. In addition, you will be responsible for delivering digital, graphic design, animation, and video content - with a primary focus on AGL’s corporate social media channels, LinkedIn and X.

What you’ll be doing

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Digital Channels you will:

• Support our strategic goals, including telling the AGL story, and deliver compelling visual digital content that lifts our user experience, both internally and externally.
• Use animation, videography, photography, and graphic design to create innovative and engaging content which elevates our social media content.
• Manage the production of digital content from planning to production and execution.
• Support photography and videography of key communications for major external events, such as financial results, AGM, and major corporate announcements.
• Support the Digital Channels Specialist with guidance on UI design for our corporate website and intranet.
• Support the graphic design elements of digital collateral as and when required.
• Ensure all work is aligned with AGL’s brand guidelines.

About you

• Experience in a digital content role, either in-house or within an agency working with a high-profile brand.

Job Family Group:

This role will have three core responsibilities:

Client Program Delivery:

- Lead and oversee multi skilled teams to deliver projects that produce high quality outcome for clients

- Lead recruitment of resources for Managed Services projects including working with third party suppliers

-         Managing stakeholders in a complex environment and at senior levels across the client and Visa

As the Project Director, you will be responsible for providing leadership and driving a high-performing, collaborative team culture to safely deliver highly specialised data centre development projects, including base build, fitout out and critical infrastructure expansion works within the Capital Works portfolio.

Reporting to the Head of Capital Works and assisting the Head of Site Development and Chief of Engineering & Design, the Project Director will have extensive experience in the construction of data centres or similar facilities, including a strong understanding of mission critical infrastructure, with a proven ability to safely deliver projects, on time, on budget, and to high quality, while achieving business case objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide client-side oversight and direction to the project team, to achieve the end-to-end implementation of new data centre solutions, embedding a strong safety culture, and driving operational and business improvement initiatives.

As an Associate Director in our Procurement Advisory team, you will be client-facing to build and maintain high-quality relationships with key clients in our target markets. ROLE PURPOSE

The Senior Digital Activation Executive is responsible for ensuring that clients’ investment delivers against their business objectives whilst also building strong relationships with them. They are also responsible for supporting, coaching and training the Coordinators and Digital Activation Executives in the team ensuring their outputs meet expectations.

Campaign Implementation

You will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth, optimizing channel strategies, ensuring rate parity, and championing best practices defined by the Digital & E-commerce Centre of Excellence in MEA APAC. Your influence will extend across various stakeholders, and you will serve as the foremost advocate for digital and e-commerce excellence throughout the MEA region. 

Getting to know the role and your responsibilities: 

• Channel Mix Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive channel mix strategy, emphasizing direct web and indirect web contribution, to maximize revenue for all hotels in MEA. 

• Best Practice Adoption: Ensure that all hotels within the region adhere to digital and OTA best practices established by the Digital & E-commerce Centre of Excellence in MEA APAC.

An exciting opportunity has become available for a Director of Marketing & Guest Experience, Pacific to join our team. This role will be based in Sydney and will be reporting directly to the SVP Commercial, Pacific. This role is responsible for driving operational excellence and performance of Brand and Guest Experience KPI’s for Pacific. The position is responsible for defining strategies to improve brand compliance, guest quality metrics and hotel performance across all related KPI’s. The role will lead the deployment of all marketing and guest experience projects within the Pacific region. The position will lead a team of in-country Marketing & Guest Experience performance teams and will interact closely with MEAPAC Brand Management and Marketing Specialist teams. This role is also responsible for defining, co-creating, and executing the strategy for training of new hotels and ongoing learning and development of our operating network. 

Getting to know the role and your responsibilities: 

Brand Marketing 

• Manage a team of in-country Marketing Performance teams, driving achievement and operational excellence across all related KPI’s.  

• Drive regional performance of Brand Audits and related action plans, being fully conversant of brand audit criteria across Premium, Midscale and Economy brands (LQA, BARE). 

• Co-create Learning & Development plans for hotel marketing talent.
