As an effective Project Director, you will have demonstrable experience in:
- Leading and managing large scale construction projects and programs as the key client interface
- Leading the development phase of projects (schematic design, detailed design up to funding approval)
- Leading the delivery phase of projects from procurement through to successful completion.
- Managing all aspects of project administration, budgets, timelines, risks and reporting and quality.
- Taking responsibility for stage gate governance throughout the projects lifecycle
- Developing and leveraging industry relationships and preparing strategies from a business generation and project delivery perspective
