This role will have three core responsibilities:
Client Program Delivery:
- Lead and oversee multi skilled teams to deliver projects that produce high quality outcome for clients
- Lead recruitment of resources for Managed Services projects including working with third party suppliers
- Managing stakeholders in a complex environment and at senior levels across the client and Visa
- Ability to bring subject matter expertise across diverse range of product and customer lifecycle strategies (i.e. portfolio migration, early month on book, acquisition, customer lifecycle and digital communications etc.)
- Ability to guide Delivery Leads through their responsibility for the overall client’s program delivery end to end
- A portion of this role’s time may be embedded with Visa’s clients to support Delivery Leads, building team culture, driving performance and delivery to the highest standards.
Business Development:
- Build strong relationships with clients in order to deeply understand their business and challenges
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for Portfolio Optimisation Managed Services and assist develop compelling proposals to meet targets
- Liaise with the Visa Consulting and Analytics Client Leads and cross functional teams to identify delivery resources required and create recommendations on resource model to deploy
- Develop pricing proposals for projects.
Internal Program Management:
- Provide inspirational leadership by building, developing, and managing a high performing and diverse team, which differentiates through innovation, speed, pace, diversity of thought and employee engagement
- Help to develop our Managed Services service lines focused on Portfolio Optimisation which will become a template for our expansion in Australia and across Asia Pacific
- Document processes, key learnings and best practices in artefacts that can be reused across the team
- Identify and solve both client and internal challenges to help us execute efficiently and effectively
- Lead initiatives that have program wide or market wide benefits (i.e., new suppliers’ identification and onboarding).
This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.
