The Role

We have a fantastic opportunity to join our WA Field Sales Team in this newly created New Business Territory Manager position. This role is responsible for winning new business across identified areas within the state to grow the overall distribution of our White Milk and Chilled Beverage categories.

As a key member of our Sales team, you will be responsible for winning new business and growing sales through the distribution and product visibility of the Bega Dairy & Drinks portfolio. You will be engaging with non-trading or lapsed customers across multiple channels including Cafes, restaurants, petrol and convenience and Local Trade throughout the Central and surrounding areas of Perth. Also opportunities to be a part of WA activities including the Annual Masters Regatta.

Responsibilities

• Working with Sales leaders to identify the best offer to convert non stockists.

• Creating an action plan to identify target customers in your region

• Working with Territory Managers to generate and follow up on warm leads

• Managing customer on-boarding from account set up to transition

• Lead the state on the new business strategy, providing insights to the state field sales team on wins.  

About you

• Strong sales experience with ability to achieve targets, execute priorities within a structured call that overall increase distribution. 

• Demonstrated courage and resilience to have constructive and challenging conversations including cold calling

• Commercial knowledge - understanding market & industry dynamics, utilising volume, rate, and mix targets, pricing strategies

• Ability to build relationships with customers based on value creation

• Passionate, Self-Driven with key strengths in planning and follow-up

The People Experience Administrator is responsible for responding to general HR enquiries, maintaining employee records, and coordinating the onboarding process which involves ensuring new starters are set up in our HRIS system.

What you can expect:

• Managing the HR inbox, responding to general queries & triaging matters where required
• Manage day to day issuing of employment contracts and following up missing paperwork
• Ensuring employee records are up to date in our HRIS
• Educating users on how to use our new HRIS, Workday
• Managing the work rights of the entire workforce (during the onboarding process & throughout employment).
• Coordinating bookings for a high volume of training courses such as First Aid, Food Safety Training & RSA.
• Assisting People Business Partners with more complex HR matters
• Coordinating & supporting ad hoc projects as required

What will a day in this role look like:

• Manage, plan and deliver a range of projects for Education and Health clients across Queensland varying in size and scope.
• Guide and oversee the establishment of the project governance structure (budget, scope and schedule) alongside managing project budgets including accurate and timely invoicing, variation management and cash collection.
• Assume the role of Superintendent Representative across projects, managing the contractual obligations on behalf of our clients.
• Manage and mentor junior Project Management resources across a range of projects to help develop the capability and capacity of the team. .
• Meet with clients, contractors and industry stakeholders to facilitate technical discussions, promote AECOM’s client-centric culture and ensure our client’s project expectations are satisfied.
• Prepare and execute Project Plans during Opportunity and Contracted Phases including; scope & approach, engineering, deliverables management, resources, procurement, budget, scheduling, change management, reporting and project closeout.

What will a day in this role look like:

• Support Bid Managers to compete planning and go/no-go meetings for key bids, convert opportunities to bids, develop pursuit plans, assist in developing and monitoring bid schedules.
• Contribute to winning bid strategies, providing insight from previous winning proposals and share useful re-usable content with the pursuit teams.
• Coordinate proposal responses, working closely with technical team leaders and marketing team.
• Be based in our Brisbane Head Office, or Regional Queensland offices in Mackay or Townsville.
