About the Role

The Business Development Manager will play a critical role in driving business growth for Ofload in Australia. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, establishing strategic partnerships, and building strong relationships with key stakeholders. They will work closely with the Commercial and Marketing teams to develop and execute effective business development strategies that align with Ofload's objectives.

What You’ll do

• Identify and target new business opportunities to expand Ofload's customer base in Australia.
• Develop and implement effective business development strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients, understanding their requirements and providing tailored solutions.
• Collaborate with the Commercial and Marketing teams to develop compelling sales pitches, presentations, and proposals.
• Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and generate leads.
• Lead negotiations and contract discussions with potential clients to secure new business partnerships.
• Provide regular reports and updates on business development activities, sales pipelines, and progress towards targets.
• Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in business development.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Identify and pursue new opportunities through cold calling and prospecting, aiming to achieve required revenue targets.
• Act as the primary contact for inquiries, project updates, and customer queries, helping clients understand project requirements clearly.
• Review and present comprehensive sales proposals to clients, ensuring they are well-informed and satisfied with the proposed solutions.
• Maintain the CRM system with up-to-date, relevant, and accurate information to facilitate efficient communication and record-keeping.
