Located in Melbourne, the First Ever brand includes the divisions of First Ever Custom and First Ever Teamwear. First Ever manages the Official NBL Store, and supplies apparel to the league.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
As the Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing the marketing strategies for both the NBL Store and First Ever Custom. You will be solely responsible for conceptualising the content, creating the content within budget for website and advertising purposes, establishing an effective omnia channel advertising strategy per campaign, ensuring that all of our partners channels are being leveraged to its fullest and responsible for achieving key marketing performance outcomes.
You will design and implement the marketing strategy and associated action plan to meet the overall business function objectives and increase consumer database for NBL store and FE Custom. You will also focus on developing and implementing the strategic plan for increased online conversion in these
two business pillars.
Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 + super
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Content
-Generate and develop effective and achievable content plans for each of our seasonal and on-going campaigns for multiple channels
-Analyse the most effective and affordable means of creating content for each of our campaigns, providing valuable insights
-Monitor and continuously test new content strategies with the focus on conversion and engagement
-Implement effective guidelines to ensure that the two brands messaging, Tone of Voice and style are consistent across all channels and campaigns
-Ensure that content calendars are signed off and planned 3 months in advance to the event occurring
-Work collaboratively with our social media agency to ensure the content reflects our brand and their KPI’s
Advertising
-Clearly briefing agencies on key marketing activities on a campaign by campaign basis, whilst also establishing an always on strategy
-Suggesting new advertising mediums and partnerships with a focus
on customer acquisitions
-Creating new CRM tactics and marketing flows to maximise the conversion of existing customers and those yet to purchase
-Working with the e-commerce team to ensure the user journey and flow is optimal for conversion
-Leveraging all of our key partners and stakeholders for all marketing campaigns for “Free Marketing”
-Research and being proactive with key advertising tactics that can be implemented within our business
-Be able to clearly communicate advertising strategies and justifying why the spend was allocated
Reporting
-Conduct, analyse and provide weekly reports around how to improve ROAS, CPC, CPM, Customer growth and social media engagement
-Providing detailed explanations on advertising reports to the GM and Board when requested
-Reporting cohesively on overall monthly budget vs actuals
-Maintain the annual budget allocated by GM and provide regular, as required budget reports to the GM

-Marketing degree or equivalent industry experience
-High level creativity
-Outstanding communication Skills
-Commercially astute with market place knowledge
-Demonstrated leadership experience
-Honesty, Integrity and transparency
-Ability to build strategic relationships through solid interpersonal skills
