VeiraMal Consulting is currently looking for an enthusiastic individual, who has strong communication skills and working well in a team to join our client, WESTERN GENERAL BODYWORKS in Footscray as a Customer Service Manager.
The responsibility will include:
- Lead and supervise a team of customer service representatives, providing guidance, support, and training as needed.
- Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints, resolving issues promptly and effectively to maintain customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the service and repair teams to ensure timely and accurate communication with customers regarding repair estimates, status updates, and completion timelines.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and service requests.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations of customer service staff and provide feedback for improvement.
Skills required:
- Strong leadership abilities, with the capacity to motivate and inspire team members to achieve excellence.
- Solid problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with a customer-focused mindset.
- Proven experience in a customer service management role, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers, employees, and vendors.
Remuneration: $100,000 plus super
