Job Responsibilities

• Actively promote our international project in Australia;

What you will do:

• Attend an contribute to Head of Department meetings.
• Ensure the Grounds and Maintenance team have direction daily and receive any training and development that may be required. 
• Preparation of Grounds and Maintenance team members rosters ensuring adequate coverage as required 
• Ensure equipment such as, tools, lawnmowers and heavy equipment are serviced and maintained 
• To manage the team and all resources in a cost-effective manner and operate the department within budget. 
• Ensure and maintain a safe environment for our employees and guests 
• To wear your uniform with pride – you are happy to get your hands dirty to support you team and go the extra mile with a smile on your dial to assist our guests 
• Incidental customer service assistance with minor maintenance repairs across our caravan and camping sites, cabins, amenities and other facilities.
• Assist the team to service water park and pools - cleaning, dosing, water balance, repairs and maintenance as required
• Assist with on site projects, basic mechanical repairs and painting as required.

About the Role

In this newly created position, you will take the lead on joint development programs between Relectrify and our customers to drive smarter, faster, and more effective delivery of technical solutions to customers as they develop energy storage products with Relectrify CellSwitch™ technology.

Using your exceptional communication skills and technical knowledge, you will define the program requirements including product specifications and scope of works and effective liaise between external stakeholders and Relectrify's team of electrical, mechanical and software engineers to manage expectations and deliver high-quality outcomes.

About The Role

We are seeking an experienced hands-on Business Development Manager to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, developing and maintaining strong and trusting business relationships in the territories covering the Central Coast, Newcastle and up to Coffs Harbour. We already have established relationships in these areas and are looking to have a professional give these clients more focus as well as building new relationships.

The successful candidate would ideally live in or around Newcastle or the Central Coast, as this is where the majority of the clients are located and therefore where the majority of your time would be spent. There would be a requirement for regular visits to our flagship showroom and head office which is located in Sydney. Particularly so during your on-barding.

The Business Development Manager will be instrumental in managing a large list of clients across many market segments from architects to landscape architects, to interior designers, landscapers, and builders. It is your responsibility to seek out where the most opportunity lies. Your personality, effective self-management, motivation and follow through are what will make you successful.

Skills and Experience

• A natural interest and ability in building strong and trusting relationships with people
