We require a Customer Service Manager to implement customer care strategies and oversee all related enquiries ,currently managing 2-3 staff, potentially more as we continue to grow.
The role will report directly to the CEO and Logistics Manager and will work closely with the Marketing Specialist.
The role is permanent full-time, 38 hours per week.
Duties:
- Implement customer care and service strategies
- Manage customer care staff
- Answer customer queries
- Resolve issues and problems that may arise in a timely manner
- Maintain customer satisfaction
- Provide customer after care
- Maximise and optimise Customer experience
- Incorporating feedback to improve Customer Service
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years experience in customer service
- Administration skills
- Ability to remain calm in stressful situations
- Able to bring fresh ideas to the table
- Must be able to work in a team environment
- An understanding of sexy, fashion forward Menswear design
