This role will have three core responsibilities:

Client Program Delivery:

- Lead and oversee multi skilled teams to deliver projects that produce high quality outcome for clients

What will a day in this role look like:
 

• Provide technical guidance and oversight throughout the development and construction phases of wind farm and other renewable energy technology projects.
• Support project teams in understanding and mitigating risks associated with renewable energy projects.
• Oversee the design process of wind farms to ensure compliance with industry standards and project requirements.

Our Contaminated Land & Remediation Practice is looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Technical Director to support us in delivering increasing project portfolios for our clients across Western Australia and the wider country across all sectors. You will be responsible for continuing to lead growth of our friendly and supportive Geoscience and Remediation Services (GRS) team - one the largest in the WA with an established track record in successfully delivering award winning contaminated land assessment and remediation works. What you bring to the role

• Extensive knowledge of ABS/ and LEAN across at least one of Alcoa’s large manufacturing processes, with Alcoa experience highly regarded
• Extensive experience in leading change, building relationships, and working collaboratively through people without direct line authority
• A business orientation, focused on achieving appropriate balance between cost, risk, and long-term value creation
• Process understanding and analytical skills to improve operational stability and discipline.
• Evidence of coaching and mentoring skills.
