Our National Real Estate department is seeking 2 x Procurement Specialists to join the National Procurement team of ALDI Stores, based in Minchinbury NSW. This is a permanent full-time position.

In this role you will be responsible for the efficient end-to-end procurement of corporate services across ALDI, with a focus on enhancing our Fixed Assets and Construction categories. The ideal candidate will thrive within a fast-paced corporate environment, collaborating with key internal and external stakeholders across multiple departments and projects to secure and manage high-quality commercial agreements.

What does the role involve?

• Lead end-to-end procurement process including planning, sourcing, negotiating, contracting and supplier lifecycle process
• Manage contract performance to drive our suppliers to meet contracted SLA’s and KPI’s
• Apply sound project administration skills to manage timelines, priorities, milestones, issues and risks
• Help shape strategies within Fixed Assets (HVAC & Fire Services) or Construction/Property Consulting categories 
• Lead budget estimations, sourcing operations, review purchase bids and negotiate with suppliers
• Conduct spend analysis, review supplier data, analyse market trends, identify industry benchmarks and prepare reports to influence decision making

In this role you will take responsibility of the delivery aspects of a range of projects – typically 1 at a time, however possibly multiple projects depending on size and complexity. This will include day-to-day management of all site activities. This is a Monday to Friday opportunity onsite. Hours of work are 6:00am - 2:30pm Monday to Thursday and 6:00am to 12:00pm on Friday.

Reporting to the Production Manager the key responsibilities of the Final Test and Inspection Supervisor are:

• Run test air-condition units on mode cycles.
• Perform inspections and programing test operation.
• Ensure work is completed on time and is compliant with WHS standards and applicable building standards and regulations
• Regularly inspection and ITPs submission to ensure quality assurance control procedures are met
• Maintain strong relationships and oversee day-to-day activities
• Implementing WHS procedures that include best practice procedures to complete projects
• Run toolbox meetings, pre-start, site meetings, and safety walks
• Providing Technical advice to subcontractors as required
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work to tight deadlines

About the role:

Sodexo is seeking a suitably qualified and highly motivated Maintenance Supervisor to join our Building Maintenance team  within the Pilbara region. Reporting to your Maintenance Manager, your primary responsibility will be to plan and implement preventative and corrective maintenance programs while providing advice and support to work teams to address facilities maintenance work in a productive manner. The position on offer is FIFO (flights from Perth). This role is permanent, full-time position with Sodexo. Please note that rosters will vary due to the current climate. 

Key duties include:

• Effectively supervise the employee relations and management of your work crew and ensure employees are trained and held accountable for their tasks
• Ensure all servicing and maintenance work is performed in accordance with Company Management Systems, Statutory Obligations, Standard Work Procedures and Risk Assessments
• Ensure timely evaluation and scoping of work requests prior to approval for the work management planning process
• Participate in the weekly pre-planning, planning and scheduling meetings to ensure alignment and commitment of resources to the work schedule
• Ensure safe execution of maintenance work as per the signed of schedule
• Manage the planning and execution of unplanned work and the re-scheduling of the existing work orders as required
• Review work execution performance with team members, identify gaps and take corrective action as necessary to improve performance
• Manage and review events and ensure that escalation protocols are complied with
• Provide input into the development of maintenance work strategies
• Close completed work orders to ensure end to end process compliance
