• Lead the creation, implementation and adoption of major IT Service Management processes within the IT organisation.

• Provide consistent interfaces between the business and service providers in the areas of incident, request, problem, configuration, change management, etc.

• Implementation and governance of service performance targets and measures for all service partners 

• Create and track quality metrics to understand the effectiveness of processes and inform areas where continuous improvement efforts are needed.

• Accountable for the operational delivery of the Critical Technology Processes across Endeavour Technology.

• Build and maintain relationships with the Endeavour Technology Leadership teams to support those processes

• Deeply understand the business strategy and align process and policy to support.

• Manage and deliver the process outcomes via stakeholder sponsored governance framework.

• Execute Change Management processes for the Technology organisation.

• Drive the delivery of automation for the portfolio and delivery of the outcomes through the implementation of an automation plan.

• Identify and manage risks, issues, assumptions and dependencies for the portfolio

The role of the Network Manager is to ensure that TOMRA’s Network of NSW Collection Return Points are managed to provide the best customer experience and ensure a safe and operationally efficient site management.

Some of the duties you will perform: 

• Drive the production of compelling business cases and analysis to support services to our sites and customers
• Develop a comprehensive site management plan with a focus on site retention
• Ensure that TOMRA kiosk’s solutions are operational and meeting our up-time SLA obligations
• Manage site maintenance to budget
• Work cross functionally to drive volume to site
• Manage a network of TOMRA Operated Return and Earn sites, ensuring smooth operations, safety, and positive customer experiences.
• Enable Area Supervisors to maintain a safe network and address safety hazards, and incidents as they arise.
• Support team of Area Supervisors to foster positive relationships with landlords and drive ongoing landlord engagement and commitment to Return and Earn scheme.
• Lead a team of Area Supervisors, providing guidance, support, and performance management.
• Work cross functionally, and with direct reports to create necessary processes, and utilize existing technology to do so efficiently.
• Analyse monthly results, explain key variances, and participate in total forecasts. Oversee and manage per site profitability.
• Provide regular reporting to Join Venture partners, and Internal Stakeholders on health of the NSW Network.
• Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including local authorities, community groups, and partners.
• Manage external contractors involved in network uptime, cleanliness, and maintenance. Ensure compliance with contracts, quality standards, and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with other departments on initiatives, projects, and process improvements.

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Payroll Manager to join our friendly and dedicated Finance Team! As the Payroll Manager, you will be responsible for the efficient and effective management of the organizations entire payroll function, ensuring best practice and compliance is maintained at all times.

With support from the Payroll Associate, you will be responsible end-to-end processing of company payroll, remitting payroll taxes and government reporting as well as preparing monthly, quarterly and year-end payroll statement. You will also play a key role in process and system improvement initiatives.  

Key Responsibilities:

As the Payroll Manager, your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to

• Ensuring all payroll transactions are completed in an accurate and timely manner, including, Processing Superannuation, Payroll taxes, FBT taxes, PAYG deductions.
• Managing the preparation of weekly pay runs for approval.
• Ensuring compliance with relevant state and federal legislation and requirements, payroll industry best practice, applicable awards and employee contracts.
• Acting as first point of contact for all payroll enquiries, including portal queries.
• Managing, mentoring and providing guidance to the Payroll Associate.
• Liaising closely with our P&O and Finance teams.
• Cooperating with internal/external auditors to complete and provide required information during regular audits.
• System administration, including, ensuring our employee payroll information is up to date, establishing user accounts and liaising with third party vendors (HR3 & HumanForce) to ensure systems are fit for TOMRA’s operational requirements.
