The role
You will play a crucial role in supporting marine compliance processes and ensuring that Huons vessels adhere to MAST/AMSA requirements.
Key responsibilities:
Compliance support: oversee scheduling and documentation for vessel inspections, maintenance, and survey related repairs to ensure fleet compliance.
Documentation management: develop and maintain essential compliance documents, including safety management systems, standard operating procedures, and risk assessments.
Stakeholder engagement: build and nurture strong relationships with stakeholders, providing expert advice and professional recommendations on compliance matters.
This position is based in Port Huon working Monday to Friday each week.
