The role of the Network Manager is to ensure that TOMRA’s Network of NSW Collection Return Points are managed to provide the best customer experience and ensure a safe and operationally efficient site management.
Some of the duties you will perform:
- Drive the production of compelling business cases and analysis to support services to our sites and customers
- Develop a comprehensive site management plan with a focus on site retention
- Ensure that TOMRA kiosk’s solutions are operational and meeting our up-time SLA obligations
- Manage site maintenance to budget
- Work cross functionally to drive volume to site
- Manage a network of TOMRA Operated Return and Earn sites, ensuring smooth operations, safety, and positive customer experiences.
- Enable Area Supervisors to maintain a safe network and address safety hazards, and incidents as they arise.
- Support team of Area Supervisors to foster positive relationships with landlords and drive ongoing landlord engagement and commitment to Return and Earn scheme.
- Lead a team of Area Supervisors, providing guidance, support, and performance management.
- Work cross functionally, and with direct reports to create necessary processes, and utilize existing technology to do so efficiently.
- Analyse monthly results, explain key variances, and participate in total forecasts. Oversee and manage per site profitability.
- Provide regular reporting to Join Venture partners, and Internal Stakeholders on health of the NSW Network.
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including local authorities, community groups, and partners.
- Manage external contractors involved in network uptime, cleanliness, and maintenance. Ensure compliance with contracts, quality standards, and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with other departments on initiatives, projects, and process improvements.
