About the role
Searson Buck have a great opportunity for a driven and self-motivated Account Manager to join our Hobart team and help grow and deliver exceptional recruitment solutions across the engineering, technical services, and blue-collar sectors.
To be successful in this role, you'll have:
Experience in a client-facing role, delivering exceptional account management, business development or similar
Excellent communication skills and confidence with an ability to build and maintain effective professional relationships
The ability to think creatively to identify opportunities for the business and to create solutions for our customers
Strong safety and continuous improvement mindsets
Highly developed negotiation, influencing and persuasion skills
Hold a current Australian Driver's Licence
