SAMPA Australia was established in 2019, and since then, it has seen significant growth. The brand has expanded its network to include over 30 distributors and has participated in numerous regional trade shows.
As we embark on the next phase of our journey, Stage Two, we're excited to announce the establishment of our own distribution centre. Located in Truganina, Melbourne, this brand-new, state-of-the-art facility spans over 5476 sqm and has the capacity to store over €10 million worth of stock.

Position Overview
As a Finance Manager, you will be crucial in managing the financial health and stability of our new warehouse in Truganina, VIC. Your responsibilities will include overseeing various financial activities, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing strategic guidance to senior management. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, analytical, and communicate well.
Key Responsibilities
1. Managing the budget includes forecasting future income and expenses, creating budgets and balance sheets, and ensuring that spending is within budget limits.
2. Preparing financial reports: financial reports provide an overview of the company's financial status and performance. They are used to make critical business decisions with the managing director, assess risk, and secure financing.
3. Conducting financial transactions: a Finance Manager oversees all financial transactions, including issuing payments, collecting debts, and investing money.
4. Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and laws: Finance Managers must comply with all relevant economic rules and regulations in Australia and overseas. This includes ensuring that financial records are accurate and up-to-date.
5. Using accounting software: to keep an accurate record of all internal and external business financial transactions and perform financial audits wherever necessary.
6. Collaborate with our HQ and accountant: The Finance Manager will regularly liaise with our head office finance team and external accountant.
The ideal candidate must possess all the following attributes:
1. Bachelor’s degree in finance, Economics, or related field
2. At least two years of work experience as a Finance Manager, Financial Analyst, or similar role.
3. Proficiency in SAP S4HANA, MS Office and Excel.
4. Strong proficiency in the Turkish language.
5. Strong knowledge of risk management and financial analysis techniques.
6. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
7. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
8. Proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and prioritise tasks effectively.
