Our Restauant is a Thredbo institution where our patrons can enjoy delicious Italian inspired meals, great wine and cocktails in a warm family friendly atmosphere. The restaurant is very fast paced, with a capacity to seat in excess of 50 guests including bar service and takeaway meals and operates 7 nights a week in summer and winter.
The Restaurant Manager is an integral part of our team. Your expertise will be pivotal in driving a great customer experience and your ability to get the best out of your team will be critical to your success. This success will be measured by every customer leaving with a satisfied smile on their face. This job is yours if you can demonstrate;
• a smooth collaboration between front and back of house,
• leadership by example and ability to coach your team to deliver superb customer experiences every time,
• ability to manage day to day front of house, including balancing the needs of reservations, events and special functions,
• ability to manage our cloud based POS including end of day reconciliation of sales.
To be successful in this role you will need to have the following personal attributes;
• previous experience in a food & beverage management role within operations running at high volume,
• high personal presentation,
• strong work ethic, ability to work independently & perform under pressure, a personable & enthusiastic demeanour and professional attitude,
• passion for people and providing unforgettable guest experiences,good food, wine and cocktail knowledge,
• flexibility to work rostered shifts, including mornings and evenings,strong leadership skills,
• high level of personal motivation,
• excellent problem solving skills.
Must have a valid NSW Responsible Service of Alcohol ID Card (RSA)
