About the Role

The Business Development Manager will play a critical role in driving business growth for Ofload in Australia. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, establishing strategic partnerships, and building strong relationships with key stakeholders. The Opportunity

We have an opportunity available for a Business Performance and Reporting Analyst to join our AIA Financial Services team. Reporting to the Senior Manager Operations, you will collaborate to provide business reporting and operational support to our business. This opportunity will suit an experienced Analyst who is currently working within a Financial Advice team or broader financial services industry.
 

 To do this successfully you will:

• Build and produce reports and dashboards using Alteryx and PowerBI to measure and report on AIA Financial Services business performance, identify trends, including insightful commentary as required
• Research, analyse, design and develop business specifications to achieve agreed business data and reporting deliverables
• Develop robust SQL and other data-driven code, data integration, automated processes and delivery solution
• Discover, validate, and interrogate new data sources to ensure accuracy and effective controls
• Manage workload to ensure deadlines are met and display superior time management skills in to handle contending priorities
• Raise and implement continued process improvements
   

Successful applications will demonstrate:

• Experience working within Data and Visualisation, preferably within a Financial Advice practice or similar
• Undergraduate qualification in Data Science or related field
• Validated experience in data visualisation
• A sophisticated understanding and use of Alteryx, Excel, Power BI and Tableau

You will be responsible for working within the Ops Architecture & Delivery team to deliver value to Australia’s largest energy provider. Role Objective
Develop and deliver a robust global roadmap that unites global and local marketing to deliver greater synergies across consumer and retailer strategies. Review and refine the brand direction and finance management processes to drive business profitability in line with strategic plan. Identify global opportunities across the business to deliver efficiencies, process improvements and strategic planning and resource needs within the marketing function. Lead an effective team who can collaborate across key territories to implement direction set.

Responsibilities
•Assist on projects with a focus on systems, process and tools that will enhance financial modelling and P&L oversight as it relates to the brand management function.
•Operate as Systems Rep with a view to monitoring all business functions to break down silos and encourage functional integration and efficiency.
•Identify opportunities for more effective dissemination and reporting of sales and marketing data during critical sales periods in order to improve delivery of key business KPI’s.
•Drive the acquisition of brands, companies, assets and IP.
•In partnership with the CMO, deliver a 5-year roadmap that supports the Company Strategic Plan.
