About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organised Program or Project Administrator to support our growing operations and sales team. This role involves a wide range of administrative tasks including contract management, project coordination, and stakeholder communication, essential for the smooth execution of our services and projects.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, review, and manage variations to contracts, programs, projects, and services.
Address inquiries and resolve issues related to contracts, programs, projects, and services.
Manage documentation and paperwork associated with contracts and services.
Collaborate with Project Managers, Financial Analysts, and other professionals to achieve project goals.
Advise and implement decisions made by senior management.
Oversee contractor work, ensuring compliance with work orders and project specifications.
Prepare and review reports on the company’s activities, project outcomes, and loan book performance.
Collect and analyse data for project evaluation and decision-making support.
Facilitate office accommodation arrangements as needed.

Proven experience in program or project administration, preferably in the finance or mortgage lending sector.
Strong understanding of project management principles and contract administration.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects with attention to detail.
Knowledge of financial and loan management processes is highly desirable.
