The Technical Business Analyst is primarily responsible for understanding the business objectives and translating them into technical requirements. About You

To be successful in this role you will have:

• Strong and demonstrated skills in business process analysis and mapping
• Experience with Salesforce Administration highly regarded
• Strong understanding and knowledge of SDLC within an Agile environment

You will be client facing and work as part of a cross functional team including designers, product managers, technologists and quality assurance engineers. The types of projects are varied, from websites and apps to marketing and data-focused products.

You will typically work in one of two phases:

- Discovery: helping our clients shape large digital products and technology projects, understanding the scope, technology and delivery approach, as well as the business case and rationale for investment. The Senior Project Manager role is responsible for planning, organising and technically leading, and controlling complex IT projects from initiation to completion, and be the go-to person for everything involving a project’s organisation, delivery, and timeline.  This role demands excellent leadership, communication and project management skills combined with a deep understanding of IT systems and technologies.

We’re looking for a Senior Project Manager, who will be responsible for the day-to-day management of strategic design projects for clients in the government, not-for-profit, and private sectors. Reporting to the PMO Director, the objective of this position is to support the PMO Team across all markets. As Administrator for the Project Management Office (PMO), the primary responsibility will be to provide comprehensive support to the wider team, ensuring smooth operations and effective project execution.
