Full Time Signwriter
SALARY $72,000 + SUPERANNUATION

Our team of qualified signwriters, designers & certified vinyl wrappers have extensive experience in the industry and can bring your vision to life, anything from a beloved project car to business fleet signage.
We are looking for a full time Signwriter to design, fabricate and paint signs and wrap vehicles/install decals on vehicles.
DUTIES
Discussing with clients and responding to proposals, sketches and written instructions to determine composition of signs.
Designing and creating signs and graphics using computer software and sign making machines.
Designing and creating signs by measuring and calculating sizes, preparing the surface, applying background paint.
Understand basic design/ digital design.
Print using wide format roll to roll & flat bed printers.
Operate wide format laminators.
Operate vinyl plotters.
Diligently clean vehicles and machinery in preparation for signage/ wrap film application
Install general signage, window graphics, and vehicle signage including paint protection film, wrap film, and acm panelling.
Assist with signage installations.
Eye mixing and matching of paint colours.
Wrap Vehicles/ install decals on vehicles.
Operate a variety of finishing machines to produce high quality signage.
Complete onsite inspections and determine the tools and materials required to complete the work.
Maintaining a clean and organised work space.
Communicate with our team and client on job details.
Manage stock levels.
Preparing cost estimates for labour and materials.
Routine maintenance, stock take and cleaning duties.
Maintain all machinery in good working order.
Assure day-to-day operations of the business and delivering exceptional customer service.
The role is measured on satisfying clients and exceeding delivery expectations – maintaining our high-quality signage whilst meeting our deadlines.
REQUIRED SKILLS
At least 3 years relevant work experience, with particular focus on wrapping vehicles & preparing vehicles for wrap to a high standard.
Expertise in Artwork Manipulation in Adobe/Flexi for Print/Cut.
Preferred knowledge of Roland wide-format printers.
Software knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite/ Flexisign.
Apply vehicle wraps (3M/Avery) and window graphics.?Reliable and detail orientated.
Takes pride in their work and can problem solve.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
