• Contract Administration Services: Responsibility for all project specific Tender & Contracting Processes. Maintaining a diversified supply chain, mitigating supplier capacity and schedule risks. Critically appraising contracts documents to ensure requisite quality of the package prior to RFP / Contract. Managing all contract administration processes including consultation with Legal, if required.
• Contract Negotiation and Execution: Negotiate any specific or contract or commercial terms with vendors. Responsible for drafting contract documents in strict accordance with legal approved contract templates. Working closely with project team/s to ensure effective and timely document processing and management of contract documents.
• Variations: Assist with the assessment and negotiation of variations with vendors and preparing relevant Change Management decks for processing as part of all Change Orders.
• Administration. Manage and oversee all relevant contract administration requirements relating to executed contracts
• Prepare, review, and modify vendor and contractor contracts to assist and support various business activities.
• Analyze potential risks and scope gaps in Vendor and contractor contracts.
• Maintain organized records of all contracts and related documentation.
• Lead and manage complex projects and programs as the key client interface.
• Developing working relationships, problem solving and driving projects to successful completion
• Managing project budgets and advising on options to keep budget on track.
• Integrating and Co-ordinating vendor scope as part of the overall project delivery strategy by working in collaboration with the principal, project manager and consultants
• Managing delivery of equipment in line with agreed Required on Job (ROJ) delivery dates. Integrating program with overall master program in conjunction the delivery team.
• Supply Chain Management: Facilitating project level vendor oversight and performance management.

We are seeking an energetic System Administrator with experience deploying, optimizing and fortifying  Windows Server(s), Microsoft SQL and leverage other Microsoft technologies.  As the system administrator you will not only be responsible for direct configuration of these systems, but also aid in defining an automation strategy for the future to streamline your team’s work.  In addition we seek to cross-train all roles and you will be involved in learning more of the stack you are less familiar with along with building documentation and training for those that join your team in the future as we continue to grow.  You will join teams working to take our application automation and resiliency to the next level - including but not limited to:  standardizing deployment architectures and methodologies;  automating IT infrastructure and developing infrastructure-as-code approaches;  streamlining application performance via optimizing server, network and storage configurations.  All of this and being able to participate in our journey to move some of this application to cloud-native services in AWS!!  If this speaks to you, please read the formal job description below:

Job Summary:

The System Administrator is responsible for deploying Intelerad's software solutions and maintaining the deployment procedures to enable clients to have the tools that will make a difference in their day-to-day operations. This is a position to work as part of a team to deploy complex applications remotely on Windows servers, which are used by hospitals and radiology clinics to schedule patients, perform reporting and billing, archive digital images, and provide the user community with access to this data across a WAN. Specifically, the operations entail configuration, deployment, upgrades, maintenance and analysis of Intelerad's software solutions. This position regularly requires working outside of regular office hours to minimize operational disruptions to our clients. After your initial training period, your schedule will be flexible outside of core business hours.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Install and configure Intelerad's software solutions remotely on Windows servers
• Deploy new client production and test environments
• Perform software upgrades
• Perform proper testing after implementing changes
• Troubleshoot issues and outages
• Develop expertise to understand the impacts of different operations and changes
• Suggest and participate in documentation maintenance and improvements
• Actively look for ways to improve processes and technologies to deliver a better product
• Participate in on-call rotation to assist with emergencies reported after hours
• Work on week-ends, after hours and holidays when needed
