Working within the maintenance services team, they are looking for a Project Administrator to come on board and manage all jobs across Melbourne from their head office.
Your new role As the Project Administrator, your duties will include, but are not limited to:
Being the first point of call for receiving jobs via phone and email
Supporting pre-site administration related work with building documentation, client approvals and necessary financial approvals
Supporting the onboarding of construction suppliers and trades
Supporting customer enquiries and triaging based on complexity and urgency
