Reporting directly to the General Manager and Director of Sales, this hands-on role is integral in leading the Food & Beverage operation to success. You will be responsible for multiple Food and Beverage outlets including Sen5es Restaurant & Bar, Fenians Irish Pub, Room service and Banquets. 

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Driving the management of all outlets ensuring that revenue is maximised and costs are effectively controlled
• Completing regular departmental forecasts and deliver on financial targets
• Developing a strategic plan (in conjunction with the Executive Chef and General Manager) for the Food and Beverage operations to ensure long term profitability
• Conducting regular analysis on all outlets and operations to continuously improve productivity, quality, market competitiveness and service standards.
• Implement marketing plans for each outlet to maximise revenue opportunities
• Undertaking projects within the Hotel at the direction of the General Manager
• Implementing and maintaining operational and brand standards and procedures across all outlets.
• Leading team performance management and development.

We are currently seeking a proactive and dynamic Analyst, Partnerships to join our experienced teams in Effective Philanthropy and Impact Missions. Reporting to the Head of Partnerships, Impact Missions you will be responsible for distilling and analysing user and market insights, and proving support to Impact Missions team members. We are looking for a Senior Documentation Specialist/ Technical Writer. You will be responsible for writing, maintaining, and publishing user-friendly documentation to support our Communications API and Design System. You will play a leading role in launching delightful developer experiences and empowering our teams with better documentation and processes.

Key responsibilities:

• Engaging with developers across multiple domains of expertise to gain a deep understanding of the Sinch ClickSend API and supporting products.
• Owning and managing our API documentation, to ensure that it follows a consistent, well-structured format and meets customer expectations.
• Writing user-friendly content that transforms complex, technical information into something accessible, engaging, and delightful.
• Providing code-snippets and on-page technical content for our developer portal.
• Advocating for our technical users and participating in customer-centric research.
• Assessing the state of our current technical content and developing innovative approaches for improvement, in-line with our strategic objectives.
• Aiding in the creation and maintenance of a company-wide design system.
• Collaborating with brand copywriters to ensure that all written content has a consistent and accessible tone-of-voice.
• Making critical decisions and establishing documentation strategies that ensure information is accurate, gathered efficiently, and available promptly.

The successful applicant will possess the following skills and attributes:

• Proven experience writing technical documentation for multiple audiences.
• Experience working with engineering teams to gather complex technical information and communicating this through written copy.
• Experience using APIs or writing content for API documentation.
• Experience writing documentation for digital design systems.
• Prior development experience in any front-end or back-end languages.
• Ability to present insights and data clearly and concisely.

About the Role (your why)

The Senior Cloud Platform Specialist is primarily responsible for the management of the Datacom Cloud with a relentless focus on continuous improvement of cloud operations and associated delivery leveraging agile methodologies. The role will deliver a professional technical engineer with responsibilities across a broad range of technologies. What you’ll do

At the moment, as the Senior Cloud Platform Specialist you will be focused on:

• The support of the various technologies that are deployed to deliver the Datacom Cloud. These technologies cover compute, storage, data protection, networking and automation
• Collaborate with stakeholders across Datacom to produce a single cloud vision and value proposition
• Demonstrating proactive ownership of identified issues as well as effective communication for suggested resolution efforts
• Proactive engagement with customers to ensure their requirements are continually being met with positive outcomes
• Compliance with all Datacom Cloud Operational and Information Security Management policies, procedures and processes to ensure an exceptional level of quality
• Maintaining awareness and knowledge of current market and industry developments and providing suitable interpretation to Management and relevant staff within the organisation
• Proactive support and management of the Datacom Cloud platform devices and applications
• Participation in 24x7 on-call support roster

What you’ll bring

Required experience:

• High-level knowledge of the various technologies underpinning the Datacom Private Cloud
• Experience or exposure to working in a Cloud environment
• Practical experience working with Virtualised environments running on VMware, Hyper-V or other hypervisors – VMWare experience is a must have
• Knowlesge of platforms (EMC preferred), fibre channel switching infrastructure (Cisco preferred) and associated Management platforms
