Job Purpose:

Working closely with the Software Engineering team in Hungary & Australia, the Lead Software Engineer, and key internal stakeholders, analyse, document, coordinate, and oversee requirements regarding new software projects to achieve business objectives.

Job Purpose:

AEV is looking for a talented Software Test Engineer to join our growing team. You will be responsible for:

• Validation and testing of Applied EV’s software features, functions and protocols to ensure the software and applications works as intended, meeting requirements and specifications.

• Creating and performing software testing procedures, identifying and recommending improvements to software, and preparing performance result reports as needed.

You will report to the Global Software Engineering Manager and will work closely with software teams in Hungary and Australia. The role is 100% on site in our Scoresby office.

 Responsibilities

The role will include the following responsibilities:

• Work closely with software engineers to understand software requirements, specifications and control methods.
• Work with software engineers to ensure the embedded software functions as required, for Applied EV designed hardware, including ECU’s, battery management systems, motor drivers and communication modules.

• Make use of model-in-the-loop, software-in-the-loop, processor-in-the-loop, hardware-in-the-loop, unit test and related test methodologies.

• Build, code, and implement software evaluation test programs.

The Role:

We are on the hunt for a customer experience focused, motivated, problem solver to join our fast-growing team. We are seeking a talented and experienced Business Analyst to join our team at Mindera. As a Business Analyst in our Fashion Tech division, you will play a key role in driving digital transformation and innovation within the fashion industry.

In this role, you will work closely with our clients and cross-functional teams to understand business processes, gather requirements, and translate them into technical solutions. You will conduct analysis, identify potential pain points, and propose optimized solutions to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.

Responsibilities include:

• Lead high-level analysis activities across multiple workstreams.
• Analyse and define requirements for end-to-end digital eCommerce journeys.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define, prioritise, and document business requirements.
• Provide expertise in defining and refining project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Lead the elicitation and documentation of detailed business requirements for commerce platform, web, and mobile apps.
• Define and implement BA methodologies and best practices tailored to replatforming program needs.
• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders: project managers, developers, product owners, and business leaders.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders for alignment on project objectives, timelines, and expectations.
• Act as a bridge between technical and non-technical teams, translating business needs into actionable requirements.
• Conduct thorough analysis to identify potential risks and issues related to the program.
• Perform data analysis, modelling, and validation to support decision-making processes.
• Work with senior (Head of & C Level) stakeholders and their teams to help define a clear roadmap for digital products.

• Proven experience leading Business Analysis or large programmes in the fashion or retail industry.
• Proven experience working across timezones with remote teams, ideally in a ‘follow the sun’ model.
• Deep understanding of fashion industry trends, customer behaviour, and digital solutions
• Demonstrated ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams.
• Proficient in business analysis tools and methodologies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong understanding of ecommerce ecosystems, web, and mobile app technologies.
• Experience working in, and driving highly lean & agile behaviours.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to align business analysis efforts with overarching organisational goals.
• Adaptable and able to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field

What You’ll Do 

SIXT Australia is on the lookout for a Full Time Vehicle Detailer to join the team at Melbourne City.  

As a Vehicle Detailer, you’ll meet SIXT Australia’s vehicle presentation standards, exceed customer expectations, and contribute to the successful daily operation of the location.  

Your key responsibilities will include:   

• Ensuring vehicles are cleaned and presented to the correct standard, ready for the next customer  
• Inspecting and recording vehicle damage   
• Delivering vehicles between sites 

What You’ll Bring 

• Experience in vehicle detailing or cleaning (preferred but not essential)  
• Strong attention to detail with a good work ethic  
• Excellent communication skills  
• Flexibility to work on a rotating shift roster including weekends and public holidays

The primary focus of the role is as an HR generalist. This position involves managing a small portfolio of stakeholders within a small team responsible for the employee life cycle, covering onboarding, employee relations (ER), performance management, and offboarding.

We are seeking a seasoned Head of Marketing to oversee our small yet agile marketing team, focusing on driving Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) subscriptions from awareness to conversion, as well as retention and expansion. This role also involves strategizing and collaborating with internal teams to boost acquisition, retention, and expansion for our SMB, Mid-Market, and Enterprise accounts. A successful candidate is:

• Expertise in marketing automation, CRM tools, and digital marketing platforms
