About the role
- Make outbound calls to Architects and Specifiers
- Research opportunities and prospects through online project platforms
- Introductory phone calls to make connections with potential clients and introduce Atkar and its products.
- Establish connections with existing clients to increase product specifications through outbound calls, and when necessary, through F2F interactions.
- Your ability to turn your passion and knowledge of the product into product specifications.
- To use your excellent communication skills over the phone and email in a professional and friendly manner
- To use that special and innate ability to engage over the phone and create a win win outcome for all
- To use your time management and information retention skills to achieve success in the role and your career.
- At least 2-years’ experience in Sales & Customer service ideally in B2B businesses
- Construction or Wholesale experience would be beneficial
- Great communication skills
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Tenacity to follow up, follow through, cross-sell and upsell.
