Role Purpose:

As a key member of the team, you'll be at the forefront of managing, maintaining, and supporting their Cisco Unified Communication systems alongside a suite of UC platform tools. Key Responsibilities:

Enhance customer service experience by providing Level 2 support and technical expertise.

Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team, offering guidance and fostering strong internal and external relationships.

Ensure the operational excellence of our Network and Telecommunications infrastructure, implementing strategic technical changes and managing live production issues with agility.

Lead in the continuous improvement and cyber security initiatives to protect our network and assets.

 What You Bring to the Role:

• CCNP certification or equivalent experience with Cisco routers, switches, voice, and wireless technologies.
• Proven track record managing Cisco UC platforms (CUCM), SBC’s, SIP services, and understanding wireless and firewall technologies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
• The ability to work autonomously, prioritize effectively, and deliver solutions in a 24 x 7 support environment.

Desirable:

• An understanding of the healthcare sector
• Experience with Faxing Services (e.g. RightFax)
• Experience with ARC, Vocera, iCare and other integrated messaging platforms
• Experience with MS Teams Calling, Cisco Webex, Jabber or similar
• Experience with Palo Alto Firewalls and Management platforms (Panorama)
•  Experience supporting and maintaining Network Monitoring Systems (e.g. ManageEngine)
• Experience /Exposure to cloud connectivity technologies (e.g. MS Express Route, Direct Connect)

As a member of our Legal team, and based in our Melbourne CBD office, the Head of Investigations – Ethics and Compliance reports to the Head of Ethics and Compliance and is responsible for ensuring that investigations are led consistently, efficiently, and effectively.

A key component of the Head of Investigations role is to draw on developments in global best practice, regulatory guidance, and learnings from investigations to drive positive change and continuous improvement, in consultation with the business.

Responsibilities include:

• Delivery of complex/serious business conduct investigations in line with the Investigations protocol and best practice.
• Oversee other relevant business-led investigations across BlueScope's global footprint in consultation with the senior leaders in the business.
• Identify key emerging issues and trends in investigations and reviews and make recommendations to address gaps in controls or manage risk.
• Guide, train, and support BlueScope personnel responsible for conducting business-led investigations.
• Lead and manage external counsel/forensic investigators where investigations are outsourced.
• Liaison with Law Enforcement or other agencies where serious business misconduct involving BlueScope employees are reported to or identified by an internal investigation.
• Report quarterly to the Risk and Sustainability Committee on serious/complex business conduct investigations across the company, including likely outcomes, and on trends in enforcement.
• Ensuring strong document management processes around investigations
• Represent BlueScope Ethics & Compliance at external engagements and relevant forums.
• Lead the implementation of best practice investigative processes and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Elevate the profile and knowledge of Speak Up, How We Work and the Code of Conduct.
• Administer the BlueScope Speak Up external reporting hotline

Reporting to the Head of Learning & Development, this position plays a pivotal role in assisting in the delivery of quality training and development.  In this role, you will be responsible for providing high level support to the L&D department and be the point of contact for new and existing employees with the coordination of their learning needs.  

As Learning & Development Coordinator your main responsibility with be overseeing the coordination of our training calendar, Kieser Induction Training (KIT), and Kieser wide professional development initiatives.

About the Job

The eight-week paid Radio Internship Program is an ideal opportunity for the next generation of Australia's diverse radio talent to build their skills and get real-world experience under their belt.  We're seeking passionate and ambitious individuals who are eager to gain hands-on experience across our various radio departments.

Across the eight weeks, no two days will look the same, giving you a broad hands-on feel for what it’s like to work within our Radio station! One day you might be creating content with our producers and on-air talent across our different programs, engaging audiences through posts on our social media platforms! You will truly gain a comprehensive understanding of what it’s like to work within our Radio station. 

Based out of Melbourne CBD, the internship program is managed by our Radio Station / Content Manager and you will be buddied up with a Mentor for each of your rotations.
