Proficient in 2D and 3D CAD software, including SolidWorks and AutoCAD 3D.
Overseeing, planning, and monitoring engineering projects and workloads within the engineering team
Contributing to the development and implementation of best practice engineering strategies, policies, processes, and procedures to enhance performance
Providing manufacturing design and production drawings for all projects, supporting new product launches and product enhancements
Driving process improvements to ensure timely delivery and accuracy of engineering procedures
Ensuring adequate staffing levels, with responsibilities including recruitment, staff training and development, and providing support and feedback to meet KPIs and maximise productivity
