NextEd Group Limited ROLE OVERVIEW   As the Go Study French Marketing Specialist, you will be in charge of driving the Marketing actions to effectively engage the onshore French market in close collaboration with the Australia Country Manager and the Global Marketing Manager. Together with the wider Marketing Team, you will coordinate the design and delivery of engaging marketing campaigns across a range of channels that generate new leads, engage existing communities, and support our sales team, with a particular focus on French students and working holiday makers in Australia. You will plan and create the marketing strategy and its day-to-day execution to maximise lead acquisition, engagement and customer retention opportunities. You will also support customer engagement strategies (digital and physical), as well as lifecycle nurturing. Besides having a strategic approach to planning Marketing activities, the role will have a hands-on focus on content creation to support the delivery of the campaigns - so multimedia, writing and Web dev skills are favourable. This position is ideal for a versatile marketer who thrives on working across multiple platforms and exploring innovative solutions. You will have the support of Graphic Designers, a Social Media Manager, and a Global SEO/SEM Specialist. However, you will take a hands-on role in creatively setting up campaigns, workflows, and initiatives. Your strategic focus will be on tailoring our global marketing efforts to the French market in Australia, encompassing Social Media, SEO, SEM, Email Marketing, and event planning and coordination.This dynamic role offers never-ending variety and the freedom to unleash your creativity. If you thrive in a vibrant, creative environment and are eager to make a meaningful impact, this job is for you   Benefits N/A Task & Responsibilities Plan, develop and tailor social media posts, email content, advertising copy, and website material to effectively engage the onshore French market. Ensure consistency with the brand's identity and alignment with the broader marketing and communication strategy. Work closely with the Global Social Media Manager to strategise, develop, gather, and manage content specifically designed for the French market. This involves producing native French content, translating non-French materials, sourcing contributions from French students and working holiday makers throughout Australia, and overseeing content creation by our French-speaking staff across the country. Ensure that all communications align with the company's core values and personality, reinforcing our brand identity in the market. Translate and adapt onshore communications (ex. Student base) for the target audience. Plan and develop a comprehensive events agenda specifically tailored to the French student and working holiday maker community across all Go Study Australia offices. Identify and execute new initiatives and events to actively engage with the community and generate new leads. Oversee the coordination of Go Study Australia's EXPOs, welcome sessions, information sessions, job sessions, and travel events to optimize engagement with both our existing French client base and new customers. Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution and maximum impact. Evaluate the success of events and implement enhancements for future initiatives. Develop and implement PR initiatives with a specific focus on the French market. Monitor media coverage and adjust strategies to maintain a positive brand image. Identify and target potential B2B partners to enhance our presence in the French market. Foster relationships with key stakeholders to establish mutually beneficial partnerships. Collaborate with the onshore sales team across all our offices to leverage partnerships for business growth. Conduct ongoing market research to stay informed about trends and opportunities within the French student and working holiday community in Australia. Analyse competitor activities and consumer behaviour to inform marketing strategies. Work within allocated budgets for events, PR initiatives, and marketing campaigns. Identify cost-effective strategies to maximise resources and achieve marketing goals. Collaborate with internal teams, including sales and customer support, to align marketing strategies with overall business objectives. Foster a collaborative environment that encourages the sharing of ideas and best practices. Align any new marketing initiative with the overall key performance indicators (KPIs) Consistently monitor and analyse performance metrics to refine and optimise strategies for maximum effectiveness. Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies within the marketing and events space. Attend relevant workshops, conferences, and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.   Qualification & Experience Degree level qualification in Marketing or related field Minimum 2 years related experience Demonstrated knowledge of marketing and principles of community management, campaign management, lead nurturing, email marketing and campaign creation.
