Egis is seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Support – Senior Leader to join our team, overseeing Business Support operations across Australia and New Zealand. This leadership role is integral to harmonizing the efforts of Business Support Officers (BSOs) and Project Support Officers (PSOs) across the region, ensuring high-quality and consistent service delivery. The successful candidate can be located in either Australia or New Zealand.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the Business Support team across ANZ, providing coaching, development, and guidance to ensure continuous improvement and alignment with business objectives.

• Maintaining an understanding of systems and changes within the organisation, communicating integral information to the business support team as required.

• Apply a commercial and strategic perspective to business support functions, ensuring that the team’s activities align with Egis’ broader strategic direction.

• Coordinate BSO/PSO resources across ANZ, manage real estate portfolios, and lead travel coordination.

• Overseeing supplier and subcontractor coordination, vehicle fleet management, and customer relationship management (CRM) tasks.

• Oversee office management, including workplace health and safety, and compliance with quality and environmental policies - ensuring all offices are resourced and supported effectively.

We have a fantastic opportunity for an Indoor Plants Installer to join us based in Adelaide. This role will see you working closely with the transportation and installation of plants in various premises.

The main duties of this role are:

• Care and maintenance of indoor plants including watering, fertilizing, cleaning and pruning
• Installing and uninstalling of plants on client premises
• Loading and unloading the delivery trucks
• Communication with the client contact onsite

You will have experience and skills including:

• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Horticulture certificate/experience (Desired)
• Manual drivers licence is compulsory
• Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects
• Ability to work autonomously and driving long distances
• High attention to detail with drive to maintain high standards
• An ability to consistently work within both our Client's and Ambius' safety parameters

As part of this role, you will be provided with a company uniform, on the job training, a company vehicle and mobile phone.
