Egis is seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Support – Senior Leader to join our team, overseeing Business Support operations across Australia and New Zealand. This leadership role is integral to harmonizing the efforts of Business Support Officers (BSOs) and Project Support Officers (PSOs) across the region, ensuring high-quality and consistent service delivery. The successful candidate can be located in either Australia or New Zealand.
Key responsibilities:
Lead and manage the Business Support team across ANZ, providing coaching, development, and guidance to ensure continuous improvement and alignment with business objectives.
Maintaining an understanding of systems and changes within the organisation, communicating integral information to the business support team as required.
Apply a commercial and strategic perspective to business support functions, ensuring that the team’s activities align with Egis’ broader strategic direction.
Coordinate BSO/PSO resources across ANZ, manage real estate portfolios, and lead travel coordination.
Overseeing supplier and subcontractor coordination, vehicle fleet management, and customer relationship management (CRM) tasks.
Oversee office management, including workplace health and safety, and compliance with quality and environmental policies - ensuring all offices are resourced and supported effectively.
