In the Business Support Administrator role, youll report to the SA Business Support Team Manager.
You will be based in our Adelaide office.
You will be joining a national team of administration professionals, provide dedicated administration support to our consultants in your assigned Business Group as well as nationally via an online Business Support Centre.
What youll do

Provide administration support to project engineers and scientists
Deliver excellent document production to internal stakeholders within required timeframes
Review non-technical documents; proofread for accuracy, compliance with corporate policies and formatting adherence
Assist with tender preparation; gathering insurances, certificates, CV preparation and client reports
Arrange, participate and contribute during Group meetings (e.g. take minutes and facilitate follow up actions)
