As a Principal Strategy Consultant, Digital Commerce at Tryzens, you will be responsible for driving digital commerce transformation and growth strategies for our clients. Your role will involve working closely with client stakeholders and internal teams to formulate and execute strategic plans that align with client objectives and drive business results.

You will be a trusted advisor to clients, providing industry expertise and thought leadership to help shape their digital commerce strategies. You will conduct in-depth analyses of client's businesses, market trends, and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities and recommend actionable strategies.

To excel in this role, you must have a deep understanding of the digital commerce landscape, strong business acumen, and exceptional strategic thinking skills. You must be able to communicate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner and build strong relationships with clients and internal teams.

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in strategy consulting, digital commerce, or related fields
• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful digital commerce strategies
• In-depth knowledge of the digital commerce landscape, industry trends, and best practices
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent analytical and research skills
• Ability to effectively communicate complex concepts and recommendations to clients and internal teams
• Exceptional presentation and storytelling skills
• Strong business acumen and understanding of financial metrics
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing multiple stakeholders
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)
• Experience in the retail or e-commerce industry is a plus
• Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools
• Willingness to travel as needed

THIS ROLE:

With _nology, you will embark on 12 weeks of fully funded training in software and cloud engineering, followed by an 18-month placement opportunity with one of our hiring partners.

The training program focuses on hands-on experience and equips you with the necessary skills to be job-ready for entry-level tech roles across a range of in-demand disciplines like Software, Cloud, and QA Engineering.

Our curriculum is taught by industry experienced coaches, in an interactive learning environment designed to empower individuals to enter the tech sector with confidence!

In addition to technical skills, we also prioritise soft skills and professional development, with a dedicated talent success team to support you every step of the way. We focus on improving your collaboration, communication, and interviewing skills to make sure that you are well-prepared for your new role.

ABOUT YOU:

• Ability to commit to completing our 12- week training program prior to employment (it’s funded by us!). Note: The training is fully remote and conducted full-time Monday – Friday, 9AM – 5PM AEDT. Start date for this intake will be confirmed upon application.
• Full working rights in Australia (at least 2 years)
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Highly motivated self-starter attitude, with the ability to learn independently as well as in group environments
• Demonstrates an interest and passion to work in technology! [No experience or education in tech required]
• Experience in a professional or fast-paced working environment desirable
• Experience working directly with clients and/or customers desirable
