• Working closely with Market Research manager to use industry trends, technological shifts, and market dynamics to focus GTM plans and ensure campaigns are aligned to propositions

• Leading Sales Enablement

• Collaborating with LoBs to guide proposition features and priorities

• Facilitating customer and market testing for propositions

• Understanding the market and customer needs and utilizing that data in the proposition lifecycle

What you’ll bring  

• Previous experience and ability to effectively execute strategic plans, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and delivering measurable results

• Proficiency in analysing market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes to inform strategic decisions and identify growth opportunities

• Strong strategic thinking skills, with the ability to analyse complex situations, identify opportunities, and develop innovative solutions to drive business success

• In-depth knowledge of strategies and best practices for driving revenue growth, with a track record of achieving significant business development and customer acquisition goals

• Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills

• Strong collaboration and communication skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams

• Deep understanding of marketing and customer insights within the IT industry

• Demonstrated leadership and people management skills and the ability to work to deadlines.
