The Assistant Workplace Manager plays a pivotal role within our Workplace Management Services Team on site with our client partner. This role works closely with the Workplace Manager and National Workplace Manager to ensure the delivery of exceptional tenancy support and uphold the highest standards of workplace efficiency and productivity. Some of your key responsibilities will include:

• Assist in the production of marketing materials – submissions, marketing briefs, client case studies, bi-monthly updates, quarterly newsletters, social media tiles etc.
• Maintain accurate records of business plans, budgets and financial reports in confidential manner
• Coordinate travel and accommodation bookings where necessary and recovery of expenses from clients where appropriate
• Working with Agent’s to co-ordinate the collations of reports, submissions and other documentation.
• Coordinating and participating in team meetings.
• Update company database, including listing information, and uploading to website as required or requested by operators to ensure that client and property information is accurate.

• Work closely with the front of house team to meet food and beverage operational objectives.
• Co-ordinate the weekly food requirements with regards to purchasing with consideration for delivery times, shelf life, forecasted sales and storage capabilities.
• Co-ordination of the stewarding team to meet the kitchen’s requirements.
• Ensure that all kitchen staff are fully briefed prior to commencing their shift.  Delegate duties to the shift Kitchen Brigade so all aspects of the shift are covered promoting a team working environment.
• Encourage Kitchen brigade to be aware of market needs and trends so their product meets these requirements.
• Take responsibility to ensure all required tasks and delegated projects are completed accurately and within given time frames.
