ABOUT THE ROLE:
Summary of the role: Looking for passionate and caring PCA's to join our friendly team at our 43-bed facility in Montrose

Casual/Part Time/Full Time position/s available at Mercy Place Boronia
Provide quality resident-focused care utilising a person-centred approach and in accordance with care plans, Aged Care Standards and policies/procedures of Mercy Health
Provide accurate and timely documentation relevant to resident care
Work in consultation with other staff to provide relevant and timely information
Preferred availability during the evening, over-night and weekends.
Pay rates range from $26.40 - $33.11 (pay rates will be dependent on experience post qualification)

ABOUT YOU:

Certificate III or IV in Aged Care.
Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to operate in a team environment and report/document in line with requirements.
Demonstrated understanding of person-centred care.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

Candidates are required to meet the position and qualification requirements.
Provide a valid NDIS clearance check (Mercy Health may conduct additional background checks subject to current legislation).
Proof of vaccination status consistent with public health orders and with Mercy Health’s policy (includes but is not limited to COVID-19 and seasonal influenza vaccination compliance requirement).
