As a Senior Consultant (Systems Engineer) within the Egis Advisory business, you will be responsible for providing consultancy, design and engineering solutions, as well as policy and strategy evaluation for Defence projects. The Purpose:
As Product Management Lead you will be responsible for the strategy, management and optimisation of certain products and services within the Business Payments product portfolio, with a specific focus on BPAY, PayID and the development of a new Confirmation of Payee service. • Execute on an agreed set of priorities for BPAY including identifying portfolio opportunities, operational process improvements and potential changes to product pricing

Your Opportunity

As a Rock Star in the influencer world,  you will join our collaborative and innovative team to lead our influencer practice and play an integral role in defining our over-arching agency influencer approach and point of difference.

• Support the Talent & Culture Manager to ensure the hotel implements its annual T&C Business Plan and Training/Development Strategy
• Provide advice and guidance including coaching and support to Managers, Supervisors and Team Leaders on talent administration, performance management, training and development.
• Handle any team member grievance matters or interpersonal conflict sensitively and professionally, with an understanding and consideration of business risk, taking mitigating actions where required and escalating as needed to the Talent & Culture Manager.
