In a Quality Assurance role, you will have knowledge in:
- Produce audit schedules to cover all project requirements and conduct audits
- Defining quality procedures in conjunction with operating staff
- Ensuring procedures are properly understood and implemented
- Agreeing standards and establishing clearly defined quality methods
- Setting up and maintaining controls and documented procedures
- Identifying with management relevant quality-related training needs
- Collating and analysing quality performance data and charts against defined parameters
- Promoting quality achievement and performance improvement throughout the organisation
- Setting QA compliance objectives and ensuring that targets are achieved
- Producing management systems / functional discipline reports
