The Client Services Consultant position covers a wide range of functions including client relationship management, connecting clients with appropriate services and supports to meet their needs and supporting the customer service functions including scheduling of appointments and managing incoming calls.
 

You will have every opportunity to utilise your expertise and develop your skills.  You’ll be responsible and accountable for your own workflow and expected to exercise judgement and initiative. 
 

Supporting both current and prospective CPA clients of all ages, you will deliver high quality seamless client engagement and client management services to ensure families are connected with the right services to meet their needs in a timely way.
 

You will also be expected to resolve day-to-day service delivery queries and issues and will appropriately prioritise workflow to efficiently manage your caseload.
 

As well as excelling in both verbal and written communications, you will be great at building and maintaining relationships at all levels, and confident in assisting team members with issues such as problem-solving. 
 

The role is located at our Prairiewood site and is a permanent full-time position. 

You will initially be required to work in the office as you settle into the role and build relationships within the business.  Flexible/Hybrid Working arrangements will be available after 6 months.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE 

Essential

• A Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Accounting, Finance, Statistics, or Economics

• 5+ years of experience in Business Analytics or Finance

• Innovative thinking and analytical knowledge for assessment and interpretation of data

• Strong interpersonal skills: the ability to work with senior management.

• Exposure to business intelligence tools like Power BI and Tableau

Desirable

• Master’s in Business Administration or a similar field.

• Corporate finance knowledge, budget management training, and research skills.

The Stuart Centre at Croudace Bay is looking for some support in sorting completed assessment forms into folders.

The volunteer will be sorting paper files into client folders. Some folders may need to be created from scratch. Completed folders will then need to be sorted into the appropriate filing draw.

You will be responsible for supporting all aspects of our Community Health Paediatric and Counselling team's business ensuring a smooth running of our clinics and program. Working collaboratively with the Allied Health Services and the broader Primary Health program, you will help to ensure quality service delivery and robust systems and processes.

You will provide services of office administration including;

• Track and prioritise requests via admin email.
• Assist with planning and delivery of multi-disciplinary group activities such as coordination room bookings, organising resources, documentation of consent, feedback and outcomes reporting.
• Prepare and format templates, reports, manuals and documents (e.g. customer correspondence, agendas, minutes, newsletters, flyers)
• Book and confirm appointments via SMS, documenting such activities in Trakcare, including booking of interpreters.
• Assist with the creation of new health records, registering customers, archiving, retrieval and general filing of records.
• Clear effective communication with stakeholders across all levels of the Allied Health teams and programs
