About the Role (your why)

As a Desktop Support Team Lead, you will be responsible leading a team of end user services engineers within the IT Outsourcing group to ensure best practice support methodology is practiced, technical experience leveraged and customer outcomes are delivered driving high levels of customer satisfaction. The Desktop Support Team Lead is expected to manage the day-to-day customer related operations of the Onsite End User Services Support group.

This role is based in Adelaide. Due to customer requirements we will require either Australian Citizenship to be eligible, no visa sponsorships for this position.

What you’ll do

At the moment, as Desktop Support Team Lead you will be focused on:

• Being the single point of contact for all EUS related issues and escalations for all stakeholders
• Ensure all escalations are addressed with effective communication back to the relevant stakeholder and associated parties
• emerging relevant technologies and the possible application of these technologies to the client base and Datacom.
• Assist in Problem Management when required delegating as appropriate.
• Support the Service Delivery community in Continual Service Improvement Initiatives
• Manage call management system queues to ensure tickets are assigned and
• Mentor and coach staff members on customer related issues Promote a positive culture within the team
• Ensure operational performance of the team delivers a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Demonstrate a strong managerial and leadership style.
• Ensure staff are clear on expectations and performance requirements.
• Ensure the Operations Manager (EUS) is aware of noncompliance issues and performance anomalies.
• Ensure all staffs adherence to the breached call reporting policy
• Track and record expenses for EUS team staff members
• Ensure staff enter timesheets in line with Datacom process

What you’ll bring

Required experience:

• Hardware and peripherals i.e. laptops, notebooks, workstations desktop PC's, printers, media and audio-visual equipment BYOD and mobility
• Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange, SCCM, End-Point Imaging, and experience in SOE creation and maintenance

The Role

We are looking for a motivated L2 Support Engineer with at least 2 years' experience providing Level 2 support who is ready to take their technical skills and client-focus to the next level by joining our growing Support Engineering team. Working as a Desktop Support Engineer you will be responsible for the provision of all aspects of End User Services to Datacom’s customers. Aligned to our customers business requirements, we provide tailored maintenance services, hardware and software break/ fix support, remote support, software deployment and relocation services.

THE ROLE

Exciting career opportunity for a technically strong Level 1 / Level 1.5 Service Desk Engineer looking to take the next step in their career as a IT Technical Support Lead to train and develop our growing team. To be successful in this role you will be someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional support to our customers whilst overseeing the day-to-day operations of our high-performing L1 Support Team. You will be an autonomous operator who takes pride in delighting our customers with your quality service, but who also inspires and can lead a team by example to a shared goal. You will oversee the day-to-day operations for the team including ticket management, technical escalations, advising on client processes & procedures and direction for the team as needed. The role will start as a full-time in-office position and after 3 months, can take one work day from home.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Support Excellence

• Ensure customer Service Level Agreements (SLA) are met.
• Proactively communicate with clients and stakeholders within appropriate timeframes.
• Assist the team in completing technical work, resolving incidents and reducing backlogs.
• Focus on first-call resolution and ensure ticket hygiene is being maintained.
• Ensure the team is following Incident Management and Problem Management processes.
• Actively take ownership for complex tickets ensuring commercial awareness is applied.

2. Quality Assurance

• Review of team timesheets weekly ensuring billable targets are met.

• Ensure team time entries are accurate, comply with guidelines, and are submitted and approved within agreed timeframes.
• Maintain positive client feedback (CSAT).
• Identify risks and communicate clearly the impacts to relevant stakeholders.

3. Technical Leadership

• Provide mentoring, feedback and direction to the team whilst demonstrating strong technical proficiency.  
• Support the business goals and contribute towards team harmony.
• Foster trust with the team and build positive working relationships.
• Display a caring attitude that adheres to our values.
• Ensure processes and procedures are being followed by the team.

• Minimum 5 years’ professional work experience

• Minimum 5 years’ IT industry experience
• Minimum 2 years’ MSP / Cloud provider experience
• Technical Experience in:

o    Microsoft 365, User management including security and email support

o    Networking, server and VPN

o    Desktop apps and Microsoft suite

o    PC hardware; network printers and other devices

o    ITSM Tools; process and technical mindset

o    Incident Management

o    Problem Management

• HSC or Equivalent
• Must have industry certifications
• Defence force experience is desirable

About the role

As a Desktop Support Officer, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our internal users and resolving incoming queries and issues. You will be critical in managing any service requests related to computer systems, software or hardware.

Other key areas of responsibility will include:

• Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software and hardware;
• Manage and respond to service requests and incidents via the Service Desk tool either, in person, or over the phone. This may include but not limited too:
  • User onboarding and offboarding
  • Technical support
  • IT procurement
  • System and network builds and implementations
• Maintain daily performance of computer systems;
• Assist users through the problem-solving process;

About You

You will also have:

• At least 3 years’ commercial IT experience;
• Knowledge of IT Workflow tools, including FreshService;
• Exposure to virtualization platforms;
• Knowledge of Windows 10 Desktop Troubleshooting and basic Mac;
• Knowledge/experience with G Suite Software, Active Directory;
• Experience with updating and managing technical documentation;
• Hardware knowledge;
• Basic understanding of TCP/IP networking;
• Microsoft products Knowledge (Office and Windows Server 2012 R2+);
• Strong attention to detail skills with a proven ability to develop high quality solutions to identified problems.

Our Payroll Support Consultants are partners to our clients and are responsible for gathering information and ensuring their continued support and success after implementing our Employment Hero payroll product. In this role, you will be supporting our customers to ensure accuracy and correctness of HR compliance and legislative conditions of employment for our clients. Addressing customer issues with professionalism and care, and escalating to the appropriate teams where necessary.

• You will provide support to clients after they 'go-live' by walking them through updates needed or how to troubleshoot in a variety of ways, such as award interpretation and platform configuration
• You will respond to Payroll related queries from internal support team members and external clients via email, phone and the Employment Hero platform
• Take on client and team payroll escalations for our customers
• Assist with requirements gathering to run post mortem's and run internal support team workshops
• Assist with troubleshooting and client queries; coordinate with internal teams for successful delivery
• You will work closely with your team of Support Consultants and lead the Payroll platform adoption to meet each client's specific requests

Are you a highly organised and outcome-focused individual with a passion for delivering exceptional employee experiences?

We are seeking a full-time fixed-term Administrator/Coordinator who will provide P&C Project Support to the P&C Business Partnering team. You will focus on team coordination and support key elements of the employee life cycle through P&C projects and initiatives.

What you’ll be doing

Reporting to Head of P&C Partnering, you will:

• Provide administration support to the Head of P&C Partnering, with a focus on diary management.
• Coordinate effective team meetings, room bookings and preparation of meeting documentation.
• Support the audit and governance of people data, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Prepare and deliver operational people-related reports, identifying trends and opportunities for process improvement.
• Support P&C Partners with actioning items and notifications in Workday system (HRIS).
• Provide administration support for project and event management.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to administer core people processes, including training sessions, goal setting, talent sessions and performance reviews.

About you

What you’ll bring to the table

• Proven experience in Team Administration, Coordination and Project Support, showcasing exceptional attention to detail and a passion for P&C.
• Initiative-driven with a proactive problem-solving approach, fostering continuous improvement.
• Comfortable working with competing priorities and eager to take on new assignments.
• Excellent relationship management and communication skills, building rapport with leaders and employees at all levels.
• Proficency using MS tools, including Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Passionate about continuous improvement, confidentiality, and handling sensitive information.
• A true team player with a collaborative attitude.

About the Role

Our client is seeking a Full Stack Developer to lead their web app development and evolve it into a mobile app. They are also seeking someone with expertise in large language models and API integrations, to generate value from their large database and improve their operational efficiency. 

Your job responsibilities will include: 

• Develop and maintain the front-end and back-end components of our client’s web and mobile applications
• Work with React for front-end development and Firebase for back-end services for their web app
• Integrate APIs from services like Twilio and Zapier to enhance app and operational functionality
• Contribute to the development of internal Chat GPT models and language processing features.
• Build and implement automation strategies to improve operational efficiency
• Collaborate with the team to transition the web app into a mobile platform
• Understand and align development with the unique needs of the nightlife industry and user

• 5-10 years of experience in full stack development, especially with React and Firebase.
• Experienced with web app and mobile app development
